handmade
A sturdy handmade ceramic small bowl.
This small bowl has been handmade using stoneware clay. It was then bisque fired, and then put into the raku kiln for reduction firing. This has left the piece fiery, charcoal and rustic - the conditions that raku firing promotes.
It has been glazed in handmade white crack glaze.
Ceramics are breakable - although quite durable they can chip or break if dropped or treated roughly.
This bowl is not suitable for food or liquid to be consumed.
