Arts & Craft Newsletter - Campbell Town Tasmania - December 2025

Edition 21 | December 2025

From the editor:

Cory and I would like to extend out a huge thank you to everyone who came to see us over our birthday weekend. It was a great celebration and we appreciate your support.

About two weeks ago we started the Kids Art Club. This is a place for school age children to create, learn, develop and challenge themselves. This is tailored to the skill level, interests and experience of each child. If you and your child may be interested, you’ll find more info below, and then we request that you reach out and speak to us about it so we can prepare for each session.

Due to the high interest for my upcoming Healing Art & Card Deck Making retreat in March (4 days) we have extended the workshop space so we could open up a few more tickets.

I don’t intend on doing a Clay Play session (make anything you like in an hour) over this coming school holidays – so if you really want one, let me know and I can pencil something in. Instead, I have created a few more specific clay workshops that are for adults, but can be suitable for children and families. As they are 3hr sessions the child will need a reasonable attention span, have some clay experience and be assisted by an adult if they are very young. Check out our calendar below. I will be adding a painting session for January next month.

We will be closed on Christmas Day only. Aside from that we will be open every day 9am-5pm for your Christmas shopping needs. We have little items suitable for ‘Secret Santa’, a great range of cards, art supplies and more specialised gifts for someone special. If you might like a custom ceramic piece for Christmas this is the last few days to organise so I can make, dry, kiln fire glaze etc in time.

Happy festive season,

Lee-Anne Peters
