Deep in the forest,

Under the mottled tree canopy,
Through the colourful stained glass.
A window;
That peers through time,
It sees the chaos of things,
Fractal, perplexing, potential.
An upturned root;
Nature’s chapel,
With robust form,
Stable, wooden, shelter.
Shapeshifting figures.
An explosion of light.
Hope pulling in,
Vision extending out.
A place to pray,
A place to contemplate,
A place to bring the kaleidoscope of life’s challenges together,
A sanctuary offering the opportunity to understand.
